Preview: West Ham United vs. Manchester City

Sports Mole previews the Premier League match between West Ham United and Manchester City.

West Ham United host Manchester City on Saturday evening hoping to build on their remarkable victory over Tottenham Hotspur.

The Hammers netted three second-half goals to defeat their rivals 3-0 at White Hart Lane to move to 13th position in the Premier League table.

Manager Sam Allardyce is unlikely to alter his starting lineup unless any of his team returns from the international break with an injury.

Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini has seen his side perform inconsistently since his arrival at the Etihad Stadium in the summer.

However, after back-to-back defeats, they recorded a 3-1 victory over Everton two weeks ago to ensure that they remain in contention at the top of the table.

City could be without captain Vincent Kompany, who suffered a thigh injury against the Toffees.
