Pablo Zabaleta targets Arsenal revenge

Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta is hoping for revenge against Arsenal following the Community Shield defeat at Wembley.

Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta is eyeing revenge following the 3-0 defeat to Arsenal in the Community Shield.

The Gunners hammered Manuel Pellegrini's side at Wembley, and City travel to the Emirates on Saturday in the Premier League.

Zabaleta told reporters: "[The Community Shield] was the first game of the campaign and the squad were not all back from the summer or were 100% fit.

"We are much stronger than we were a month ago and we will continue to improve and get back into our stride as each game goes by."

City go into the tie at the Emirates following a 1-0 defeat against Stoke City at the Etihad last Saturday.
