Yaya Toure: 'I don't want to stop'

Yaya Toure says that he wants to play in every match for Manchester City this season.

Yaya Toure has said that he wants to play in every match for Manchester City this season.

The 32-year-old was linked with a move to Inter Milan this summer and is usually rested for the club's League Cup matches.

"I feel like I'm 20 years old because what this club has done for me, the fans, and until the last minute I want to fight for this club," Toure told reporters. "They deserve that. We have a lot of targets this year and we will see how we end this season.

"The League Cup is very important. I'm always there for those games. I don't want to stop and have a rest. I don't care about rest.

"Why rest? I look younger and I want to play more. I'm a competitor. In football it's all about being a competitor."

City travel to Sunderland on Tuesday evening in the third round of the League Cup.
