Carlos Tevez preparing 5pm Manchester arrival

Carlos Tevez will arrive at Manchester City's training ground at around 5pm this evening, according to Sky Sports News.

Tevez will then undergo a series of fitness tests to determine when he will be available for selection.

However, he is not expected to meet City boss Roberto Mancini until tomorrow morning's training session at the Carrington complex.

The pair have not spoken since September's Champions League tie away at Bayern Munich where Tevez refused to warm up.

Tevez has spent the past two months in his native Argentina without City's consent.

The Argentine's flight to Manchester is expected to land within the next hour.
