Manchester City midfielder David Silva has reportedly made a swift turnaround and decided to consider signing a new contract at the Etihad Stadium.
The Spain international was believed to have refused to sign a new deal with the Premier League champions, leaving the door open for Real Madrid to swoop for the playmaker.
Despite these reports, it is now understood that Silva's discussions with City are 'going well' and that the North West club are unwilling to let go of the 26-year-old, according to Sky Sports News.
Silva still has two years left on his current deal with City.
