Manuel Pellegrini urges Manchester City to remain calm

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini says that he will not allow his side to become complacent in their final match of the season against West Ham United.

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has said that he will not allow his side to become complacent in their final match of the season against West Ham United.

The Citizens will win the Premier League title on Sunday afternoon if they avoid defeat against the Hammers, and Pellegrini believes that his players have the experience to get the required result.

"I think it is very important of the manager to be calm, to try to repeat what we did the whole year," he told Sky Sports News.

"I am not complacent because I talk with the players every day about what we must do.

"They are good players with lots of experience and I think they agree with me we must not change anything and try to win the game."

Pellegrini is in his first season at the club, having joined from Malaga last summer.
