Mark Noble praises David Silva's contribution to Manchester City

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble praises Manchester City's David Silva for the Spaniard's performance against his side on Saturday.

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble has praised Manchester City midfielder David Silva for the Spaniard's performance against the Irons on Saturday evening.

Silva was instrumental in City's 3-1 victory at Upton Park, having played a hand in creating the game's best chances and also bagging a goal for himself.

"He's got that experience. He has won things with Spain. He has won championships here," The Mirror quotes Noble as saying.

"He has won cups here and he is like that week in, week out. He is one of the best players on the pitch every time he goes out there. That's what Spain seem to be bringing through these days.

"Every player that comes over or every player that you see on the telly is a top, top player. That's why they have been winning everything over the last few years."

West Ham find themselves 14th in the Premier League table with eight games played.
