Roberto Mancini thinks that Manchester City's unbeaten run will come unstuck at some point during the season.

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini thinks that it is a matter of time before the North West side are beaten for the first time in the Premier League this season.

The Citizens are at the top of the league table, only two points off the maximum, with five points clear of holders Manchester United.

"I hope that we can continue like this but in the 26 games that we have [left] there will be a time that we will lose a game," the Metro quotes Mancini as saying.

The FA Cup winners travel to Anfield to face Liverpool on Sunday.
