Manchester City lose to Al Hilal

Premier League champions Manchester City have lost their opening game of pre-season after they went down 1-0 to Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal in Austria on Friday.

Alabid Nawaf Shaker netted the winner midway through the second half to condemn Roberto Mancini's men to defeat.

Vincent Kompany, Aleksandar Kolarov, Yaya Toure and Carlos Tevez were all present for the Blues.

Kolo Toure, who has been rumoured to be on his way out of the club, also played.
