Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott has called on his teammates to "knuckle down" and sort out their away form in the Premier League.
The North-West outfit have secured just one victory out of their six fixtures on the road, their latest result being a 1-0 defeat to Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
"It's hard to say why we are getting results like this away from home," The Express quotes Lescott as saying.
"It's not like we feel any different going into games. Every team has to play away and at the moment we just can't pull it together and go on a run.
"The atmosphere and surroundings are a lot different, but really we need to knuckle down and start picking up points away from home."
City will take on Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium after the international break.
