Man City injury, suspension list vs. Man United

Local bragging rights are on the line at Old Trafford on Saturday lunchtime, as Manchester United and Manchester City face off in a Premier League derby.

The Citizens head to the home of their bitter rivals on the back of a 4-1 success over Club Brugge in the Champions League thanks to goals from Phil Foden, Riyad Mahrez, Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus.

However, Pep Guardiola witnessed his side go down 2-0 to Crystal Palace in their most recent Premier League game - a result which leaves them third in the rankings, five points behind leaders Chelsea.

Aymeric Laporte received a straight red card for hauling down Wilfried Zaha as the Palace man prepared to race through on goal, and the Spain international will serve his one-game ban this weekend.


Benjamin Mendy

Status: Out Possible return date: Unknown

Subject to a police charge, Benjamin Mendy remains suspended by the club as he awaits trial in January 2022.
