Paris Saint-Germain crowned Ligue 1 champions

Paris Saint-Germain have won their first Ligue 1 title in 19 years thanks to a 1-0 victory over Lyon at the Stade de Gerland.

The win has left Carlo Ancelotti's side seven points clear of second-placed Marseille with two games remaining this season.

The only goal of the game came in the 53rd minute when Jeremy Menez guided his left-footed shot past Anthony Lopes.

PSG have now won the French championship three times following triumphs in 1986 and 1994.
