Livingston captain Jason Talbot has accepted a two-game ban for kicking an opponent in the face.
Talbot caught Hearts midfielder Sam Nicholson when the two players were going for the ball during Saturday's match between the teams in the Scottish Championship.
The defender only received a yellow card at the time, but the Scottish Football Association later charged him with serious foul play.
The 29-year-old, who apologised to Nicholson following the incident, chose to accept his punishment instead of contesting the charge before a judicial panel.
Talbot will miss his team's games against Hearts and Falkirk.
