Half-Time Report: Luke Leahy fires Falkirk in front

Luke Leahy puts Falkirk 1-0 up against Livingston at half time in the Scottish Championship.

Luke Leahy's volley has given Falkirk a 1-0 lead against Livingston at half time in the Scottish Championship this afternoon.

The 22-year-old gave the visitors the lead on 16 minutes when he chested down a long ball for finishing in style with a well-struck effort.

Myles Hippolyte went close with an effort on 19 minutes as the home side tried to restore parity.

Will Vaulks released David Smith in behind the Livingston defence before the half-hour mark, but his cutback just evaded John Baird as the striker tried to get on the end of the chance.
