Report: Liverpool agree Alberto Moreno fee

Liverpool have reportedly agreed a £16m fee with Sevilla for left-back Alberto Moreno.

The Reds have been pursuing the Spaniard for the majority of the summer, but were said to have walked away from a potential deal after the La Liga side asked for a fee in excess of £20m for the defender.

However, the Daily Mail reports that the two clubs have now struck an agreement, with the move set to gather pace once the Anfield side return back to England on Tuesday.

Liverpool were beaten 3-1 by Manchester United in the final of the International Champions Cup in Miami on Monday.
