Liverpool's Alberto Moreno heading to Roma?

Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno has emerged as a transfer target for Serie A side Roma, according to reports.

The 23-year-old Spanish international only moved to Anfield from Sevilla last summer.

However, Roma are keen to wrap up a deal for the full-back and the club's sporting director Walter Sabatini has flown into the country to discuss a move, reports Calciomercatoweb.

The Italian club are willing to offer £8m, though the Reds may hold out for a fee closer to £10m, the report adds.

Moreno made 41 appearances in all competitions for Brendan Rodgers's side last season, and scored two goals.
