Liverpool to reject City's second Sterling bid?

Liverpool have reportedly decided to turn down Manchester City's latest offer for Raheem Sterling.

Earlier this month, it was claimed that the Citizens had failed with a £25m bid for the England international.

A second approach, believed to have been worth around £40m, was lodged earlier today, but the Merseysiders have no intention of accepting it, according to The Mirror.

It has been said that the Reds value the 20-year-old at £50m and they are not prepared to negotiate a lesser fee.
