Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is reportedly preparing a move for Swansea City midfielder Joe Allen.
The 22-year-old impressed under Rodgers at the Welsh club last season, and he has emerged as one of the finest prospects in the Premier League.
According to Sky Sports News, Rodgers will offer a figure of around £8m to bring the playmaker to Anfield.
Allen is currently on Olympic duty with Team GB.
