Liverpool plot raid for Andreas Christensen?

Brendan Rodgers is weighing up a move to bring Chelsea's young defender Andreas Christensen to Liverpool, according to reports.

The 19-year-old, who can play at centre-back or right-back, moved to Stamford Bridge last summer, but is yet to make a Premier League appearance for Chelsea.

However, Liverpool are willing to offer him a place in their first-team squad and will test Chelsea's resolve to hang onto the player with a £6m offer, reports The Sun.

Christensen, who joined Chelsea from Brondby IF, has 15 caps for Denmark's Under-21 side.
