Liverpool are reportedly hopeful of tying six players down to new deals after Trent Alexander-Arnold committed his future to the club.
The Premier League and Champions League-winning right-back penned a new four-year contract with the Anfield outfit on Friday, which will keep him on Merseyside until the summer of 2025.
However, Liverpool's internal business is not done there, as The Athletic reports that six crucial players in Jurgen Klopp's ranks are set to be offered fresh terms before the end of the year.
The report claims that Alexander-Arnold's fellow full-back Andrew Robertson, as well as Alisson Becker, Fabinho, Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are all in line for extensions at Anfield.
On the other hand, talks over a new deal with captain Jordan Henderson are thought to have hit a brick wall, although the chances of the 31-year-old leaving this summer are understood to be slim.
Alexander-Arnold scored two goals and assisted seven more in 36 Premier League games last season, and he played just over an hour in Liverpool's recent pre-season defeat to Hertha Berlin.
