Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers is reportedly interested in signing Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita this summer to strengthen his side.

Leicester City are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita this summer.

The 26-year-old has struggled for game time this season, being limited to just 15 appearances due to injury and falling down the pecking order in Liverpool's midfield.

The Reds' third-most expensive signing of all time joined from RB Leipzig in July 2018 but has scored only seven goals in 75 appearances and has failed to be involved in a goal in his last 15 outings.

Football Insider reports that Brendan Rodgers is a big admirer of Keita and is looking to sign him for Leicester this summer if he is available at the right price.

Despite signing the Guinea international for £54m less than three years ago, Liverpool are thought to value him now at closer to £30m.

During his time so far at Liverpool, Keita has won the Champions League, Premier League, Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup.
