Liverpool have confirmed that defender Tiago Ilori has joined Bordeaux on loan.
The 21-year-old Portuguese has penned a season-long deal with the French club.
The youngster moved to Liverpool from Sporting Lisbon last summer, but he has struggled for first-team opportunities at Anfield.
Ilori spent the second half of the 2013-14 campaign on loan at Granada.
