James Milner returns for Liverpool as they welcome Watford to Anfield.

James Milner has returned to the Liverpool starting XI as they welcome Watford to Anfield this afternoon.

Manager Jurgen Klopp makes two changes to the side that claimed a 4-2 victory at Crystal Palace last time out, with Lucas also joining the back four as Alberto Moreno drops to the bench and Dejan Lovren is ruled out.

Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho continue to provide the attacking threat for Klopp's side, who are looking to go 19 games unbeaten in all competitions.

Jordan Henderson, Emre Can and Adam Lallana patrol the middle of the park, with Nathaniel Clyne and Joel Matip joining Lucas and Milner in the backline ahead of Loris Karius.

The visiting Hornets, meanwhile, make just one change to the side that defeated Hull City last week, with Daryl Janmaat coming in for Sebastian Prodl, who suffered a muscle injury during the win over the Tigers.

Odion Ighalo and Troy Deeney continue to provide the attacking threat, while Jose Holebas drops back to defence as Walter Mazzarri opts for a 4-4-2 instead of a 3-5-2.
