Luis Suarez charged with improper conduct

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has been charged by the Football Association for improper conduct.

The charge relates to an alleged gesture that the Uruguayan made to home fans during the Reds' 1-0 defeat at Fulham on Monday.

Suarez has until 4pm on Monday to answer the charge.

The club have also been charged with failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion following Jay Spearing's red card during the match at Craven Cottage.
