Mamadou Sakho has not been included in Liverpool's squad for their pre-season trip to Germany.
The defender's future has been up in the air ever since he returned to the club from his loan spell at Crystal Palace.
It is believed that Eagles manager Frank de Boer is interested in bringing Sakho back to Selhurst Park, but Liverpool will not budge on their £30m asking price.
Sakho was a notable omission from the Reds' 30-man squad for the trip, which includes friendlies with Hertha Berlin, Bayern Munich and an unknown opponent.
New signing Andrew Robertson has been included in the setup, while Sadio Mane and Danny Ings have been passed fit to travel.
