Brendan Rodgers looking for home comforts against Norwich City

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers says that a game in front of the Anfield crowd will help his side get back on track following when they play Norwich City on Wednesday.

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is looking for home comforts ahead of their game against Norwich City at Anfield on Wednesday.

The Reds are hoping to bounce back from Sunday's shock 3-1 defeat to Hull City at the KC Stadium, and Rodgers feels that a game in front of their own crowd will give his side the impetus needed to get back on track.

"Anfield is where we love to play," Rodgers told reporters ahead of the game.

"When I came in I could sense anxiety around the place but now we go into home games free-flowing and with a really good mindset.

"At Anfield this calendar year we've had 15 games where we've won 10, drawn three and lost two so our record has been very good."

The Reds are currently fourth in the Premier League.
