Liverpool's Simon Mignolet: 'We need to build on strong start'

Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet calls on the Merseyside outfit to "build on" their positive start to the season after the international break.

Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has called on his teammates to keep up their form when they return from the international break.

The Merseyside outfit are currently second in the Premier League table following seven wins in 11 fixtures this season.

"We have to build on that start and make sure that after the international break we keep doing the things we are doing," Mignolet told the club's official website.

"It's a still a long way after November until February, there is a long run of games to be played, and hopefully we can do well in them."

Liverpool will take on their Merseyside rivals Everton at Goodison Park on November 23.
