Jurgen Klopp has insisted that Liverpool will "fight for everything" this season as they look to mount a serious Premier League title challenge.
The Reds have spent £62m on seven new signings this summer after finishing in a disappointing eighth place last time out.
Klopp came close to adding some silverware to his collection in 2015-16 when guiding Liverpool to the final of the League Cup and Europa League, but both games ended in defeat for the Merseyside outfit.
With a new season now upon his side, starting with a trip to Arsenal on Sunday, Klopp insists that nothing is off limits for Liverpool as they aim to take advantage of a lack of European football this time around.
"Why should I limit our expectations? I don't want to set a limit, we have to fight for everything," the Daily Star quotes him as saying.
"We cannot say that we don't have a chance for this because we have our chances. We want to have success, we need to have success."
Liverpool follow up Sunday's trip to the Emirates Stadium with successive away games at Burnley and Tottenham Hotspur, as redevelopment work continues on their Anfield home.
