West Ham United co-chairman David Gold has hit back at claims from Steven Gerrard that Liverpool were disrupted in their preparations before Sunday's game at Upton Park.

Gerrard revealed on Tuesday that the Liverpool team bus had to park a mile away from the ground, and that the temperature was turned up in their changing room.
