Team News: Danny Ings starts up front for Liverpool, Adam Bogdan named in goal

Danny Ings starts up front for Liverpool as Brendan Rodgers makes several changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Norwich City on Sunday for tonight's clash against Carlisle.

Ings, who came on to score against Alex Neil's side, leads the Liverpool line in a front three that also includes Adam Lallana and Roberto Firmino.

Adam Bogdan starts in goal for the Reds, Dejan Lovren replaces Mamadou Sakho at centre-back while Joe Allen comes into midfield in place of Lucas Leiva.

Carlisle United makes three changes from their League Two outing on Saturday as Derek Asamoah, Bastian Hery and Alexander McQueen all earn starts.
