Status: Out Type of injury: Knee Possible return date: January 5 (vs. Manchester United)

Ibrahima Konate stayed down with a knee injury at the end of Liverpool's 2-0 Champions League win over Real Madrid last month, and as he is not fully back in team training yet, he is not expected to be back in action until early 2025.

Likewise, Conor Bradley suffered hamstring damage when Los Blancos came to visit Anfield, and the right-back is also likely to spend another couple of weeks in the treatment room.

Liverpool have no players banned for this match, but Dominik Szoboszlai, Ryan Gravenberch, Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo are all on four yellow cards and will miss the clash with West Ham United on December 29 if they are cautioned on Boxing Day.
