Daniel Sturridge believes that an "unstoppable" Liverpool side are good enough to win the Europa League this season.
The Reds dropped into Europe's secondary competition after finishing third in their Champions League group behind Basel and Real Madrid, but have improved their performances over the past couple of months.
Sturridge, who didn't feature in the Champions League due to a lengthy injury spell, thinks that Brendan Rodgers's side can triumph on the continent this term.
He told BT Sport: "The Europa League is a great opportunity for us to go out there and stake a claim for that. We play some great football and I believe in the philosophy the manager has.
"Everyone else does and we know on any day if we play the football we can, we are unstoppable. We have no doubts about what we can do."
The Reds play Besiktas in the Europa League later this month.
