Salah is sure to continue flying up these rankings the longer he stays at Liverpool, and it is entirely possible that he could top the pile by the end of his career on Merseyside.
The Egyptian's record so far certainly compares very favourably to every other striker on this list, and to be as high as sixth after less than two seasons at the club is a sign of just how impressive he has been.
Salah has been stuck on 49 Premier League goals for the club for longer than he would have liked at the time of writing, but he is still well on course to reach the half-century quicker than any other Liverpool striker has managed having played just 66 top-flight games for the club.
The winger was a sensation during his debut season with Liverpool, scoring an unprecedented 32 Premier League goals in just 36 games to win the Golden Boot and PFA Player of the Year awards.
Salah is once again in and amongst the top scorers in 2018-19 as the Reds challenge for the Premier League title, and should he lead them to that elusive prize then his stock will continue to rise amongst the fans who already adore him.
