Leyton Orient to sign Millwall's Josh Wright on emergency loan

Leyton Orient have announced that they are close to signing Millwall midfielder Josh Wright on an emergency loan deal.

Wright, who will don the number 24 shirt at the Matchroom Stadium, will play for the League One outfit until January 2.

Orient manager Russell Slade told the club's official website: "Josh will bolster the squad and after the loss of Frankie Sutherland, it's an area that needs strengthening.

"He's got good experience at this level and in the Championship and is a very technical player with plenty of ability."

Wright has made just two appearances for Millwall this season.
