Levante boss Joaquin Caparros has praised his side following their 1-1 draw with Spanish champions Barcelona in La Liga at the weekend.

Loukas Vyntra handed the home side an early lead, but Gerard Pique equalised for Barca as the points were shared in Valencia.

"I'm very happy for the point gained, the way we've done things and against the team we've achieved it," he told reporters at a press conference.

The result left Levante in 11th position in the table on 24 points.
