Leicester City defender Yohan Benalouane 'to join Fiorentina on loan'

Leicester City defender Yohan Benalouane is reportedly on the verge of leaving the club less than one year after arriving at the King Power Stadium.

The 28-year-old has struggled to break into the Premier League title-challenging team following his £6m move from Atalanta in the summer of 2014.

According to The Mirror, the centre-back is poised to join Fiorentina, who will pay around £300,000 in a loan fee.

Benalouane's parent club are currently at the top of the Premier League table, three points above second-placed Manchester City.
