Preview: Leicester City vs. Reading

Sports Mole previews the Boxing Day match between Leicester City and Reading.

Leicester City can end a run of five consecutive defeats to Reading when they host the Royals on Boxing Day.

Nigel Pearson's Foxes could go top of the table by halting that unpleasant record if fellow high-flyers Burnley and Queens Park Rangers stumble.

Leicester go into the game in a confident mood after putting an end to their three-game winless league run by inflicting a first home defeat of the season on QPR.

Striker Chris Wood remains absent for the hosts while Andy King will be hoping for a midfield start in place of Matty James.

Visitors Reading also have no new injury concerns but Nigel Adkins could tinker with his lineup after Saturday's defeat at home to Wigan Athletic.

Jordan Obita, Stephen Kelly, Garath McCleary and Adam Le Fondre are all pushing for a start.
