Uwe Rosler: 'Loans an option for Leeds United'

Leeds United manager Uwe Rosler admits that loan deals could be an "attractive" option for the club.

Uwe Rosler has admitted that the loan market could be "attractive" to Leeds United later in the transfer window.

The Championship side, who beat Everton 2-0 in a pre-season friendly yesterday, have been linked with Brentford winger Stuart Dallas.

The manager told The 72: "I think in terms of permanent deals, when what we assume will go ahead goes ahead, then I think on permanent deals we are done.

"Of course there is also a loan market which could also be attractive to us under certain circumstances. But [against Everton] we had a squad of 18 players who I consider first team players and that is not the biggest squad in the world.

"So we always have to have our eyes open and when we need to tap into the loan window then we can do. But there is no real need at this moment in time."

Leeds host Burnley on the opening day of the new football season next Saturday.
