Leeds United reportedly have no intentions of selling star winger Raphinha in this month's transfer window, amid interest from West Ham United.

The Hammers have recently emerged as a one of several clubs who are closely monitoring the 25-year-old, who is under contract until June 2024.

Raphinha has been a standout performer since joining the Whites from Rennes in the summer of 2020, netting 14 times and registering 11 assists in 51 appearances across all competitions.

According to The Guardian, West Ham were prepared to table a club-record offer to sign Raphinha; however, Leeds are adamant that the Brazil international will not be sold in January.

The report adds that it remains to be seen whether the Hammers will return with an improved offer, with manager David Moyes desperate to recruit an attacking player before Monday's 11pm deadline.

Michail Antonio is currently the only recognised number nine at Moyes' disposal, and although Raphinha tends to operate on the right flank, the Scotsman believes he can play in a number of attacking roles, similarly to Jarrod Bowen.

West Ham have also been linked with Everton's Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Blackburn Rovers' Ben Brereton Diaz, Bayer Leverkusen's Patrik Schick and Reims' Hugo Ekitike.
