Bielsa 'wants Jordan Hugill at Leeds'

Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa reportedly wants to bring West Ham United forward Jordan Hugill to Elland Road ahead of the 2018-19 Championship campaign.

Hugill joined West Ham from Preston North End in the final stages of the January transfer window, but only played 22 minutes of first-team football for the Hammers in the second half of the season.

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move away from the London Stadium in recent weeks, with Queens Park Rangers among those believed to be interested in a deal.

However, according to The Sun, Leeds are also very much in the hunt for Hugill, with the Whites hopeful of signing him on loan for the new season.

Hugill scored 10 times in 29 appearances for Preston in the first half of the 2017-18 campaign.
