Fleetwood Town boss Graham Alexander believes that on-loan Leeds United defender Charlie Taylor can play a key role for the club in the next month.
The 20-year-old joined the League Two outfit on an initial one-month loan from Leeds on Tuesday, with Alexander full of praise for the youngster.
"He's very highly thought of. Our scouts have seen him in games and he went out on loan twice last season," Alexander told the club's official website.
"Obviously with the injuries we've got we need to strengthen the squad in that department. He's come with us for a month initially and we'll see how it goes from there. I think he'll enjoy it here and Leeds think very highly of him and I think he's a very good player.
"He played in League Two last year and he played in the SPL. He's 20 years old now and I'm sure he's itching to play. I remember being that age myself and that's the time you think 'right, I should be making a mark on the game now'."
Taylor has previously been on loan in the Football League with Bradford City.
