The 20-year-old Brazilian has penned a five-year deal with the Serie A side following lengthy talks.
"SS Lazio announce the player Felipe Anderson has tied himself to the Biancocelesti for five years" read a statement on the club's official website.
Anderson joined the Santos academy in 2007 and signed professional terms three years later.
