Preview: Olympic women's football - Colombia vs. North Korea

Olympic women's football - Colombia vs. Korea

Colombia and Korea are considered by many to be the outsiders in Group G.

The duo have been drawn alongside the USA and France, both of whom have been tipped to win medals at this summer's Games.

As a result, a loss for either side at Hampden Park tomorrow could end their chances of progressing through to the quarter-finals of the competition.

Korea head to the Olympics looking to restore their reputation after five of their players tested positive for doping offences during last year's World Cup, resulting in them being banned by FIFA.

Coach Sin Ui Gun has been reluctant to let his players meet the media so far, choosing instead to let them rest in their hotel.

Colombia were also caught up in a doping scandal during the World Cup when goalkeeper Yineth Varon failed a test. The keeper will not be present in London as a punishment.

In Carmen Rodallega they have the cousin of Fulham striker Hugo.

Possible starting lineups:

Colombia: Castano; Gaitan, Ariza, Arias, Dominguez; Motoya, Rincon, Rodallega, Usme; Velasquez, Vidal

Korea: Jo; Kim Nam, Kim Myong, Ro, Yun; Choe, Jon, Ri, Kim Hyang; Kwon Song, Kim Song
