Juventus trio 'beg Paul Pogba to return'

Juventus trio 'beg Paul Pogba to return'

Three Juventus players have reportedly called on Paul Pogba to return to the Italian champions in the summer.

Pogba left Turin to sign for Manchester United in 2017 for a club-record fee, and the World Cup winner effectively has two-and-a-half years left on his contract.

However, with Pogba known to want to leave Old Trafford, it appears increasingly likely that he will find a new club later in 2020.

According to Tuttosport, Juan Cuadrado, Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain are trying to tempt the France international into a second spell at Juventus.

The report claims that the trio are using WhatsApp to remain in constant dialogue with the 26-year-old, who is currently sidelined after an ankle operation.

Much will depend on whether Juventus are willing to meet United's valuation, said to be in excess of £100m.
