Juventus capture Asamoah, Isla

Juventus have confirmed the signings of Kwadwo Asamoah and Mauricio Isla from Udinese.

The pair, aged 23 and 24 respectively, will join the Old Lady this month as part of a co-ownership agreement between the Serie A clubs, which could eventually see the Italian champions pay a combined transfer fee of €36.8m (£28.9m).

Asamoah and Isla will play for Juventus next season and the clubs will then review the agreement in 12 months' time.

"This is a dream come true. I am going to the strongest team in Italy," said Isla.

"It is important for me as a player but it is also vital for my family. I have been working for years to get to this point.

"In Udine I became a professional, but I have always said that sooner or later I would go to a bigger club like Juve."

Cristian Pasquato, 22, will join Udinese as part of the deal.
