How Juventus could line up against Fiorentina

Sports Mole looks at how Juventus could line up in Sunday's Serie A clash with Fiorentina.

Serie A leaders Juventus will be looking to return to winning ways when they host Fiorentina this weekend.

Maurizio Sarri's side suffered a 2-1 defeat at Napoli last time out, although the reigning champions are still three points clear of second-placed Inter Milan at the summit.

Fiorentina have largely struggled this season but have shown improvement under new head coach Giuseppe Iachini, picking up eight points from their last four league matches.

Juve will be determined to collect all three points when they take to the field on Sunday.

Here, Sports Mole looks at the Old Lady could line up against La Viola.

POSS JUVE XI vs. FIO

Out: Giorgio Chiellini (knee), Sami Khedira (knee), Merih Demiral (knee), Danilo (thigh)
Doubtful: Miralem Pjanic (muscle), Mattia De Sciglio (groin)

Giorgio Chiellini, Sami Khedira, Danilo and Merih Demiral remain on the sidelines for Juve, but Miralem Pjanic and Mattia De Sciglio are being tipped to overcome their issues in time for the contest.

Pjanic should feature in the middle of the park alongside Blaise Matuidi and Rodrigo Bentancur, while Aaron Ramsey is expected to return having been left on the bench against Napoli.

Sarri also has a decision to make in the final third when it comes to who partners Cristiano Ronaldo, and Gonzalo Higuain is being tipped to get the nod over Paulo Dybala as part of a front two.

The back five picks itself due to Chiellini's ongoing absence, while Adrien Rabiot might have to accept a spot on the bench with Pjanic expected to shake off a muscular problem.

Douglas Costa and Federico Bernardeschi are also likely to be named among the substitutes.
