The 26-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to the Nerazzurri all summer and it appears that a transfer is close to being completed.
"I think Monday is the day to close everything," agent Tonci Martic told FCInter1908.
"We're only waiting for a definitive answer from Wolfsburg."
Perisic has scored nine goals in 38 games for Croatia.
