Team News: Assane Gnoukouri starts first Milan derby

Roberto Mancini has made two changes to his Inter Milan side ahead of this evening's derby with bitter rivals AC Milan at the San Siro.

Eighteen-year-old Assane Gnoukouri, who made his debut in last week's 3-0 win over Hellas Verona, replaces the suspended Fredy Guarin to earn his first taste of a Milan derby.

Elsewhere, Mateo Kovacic comes in for Marcelo Brozovic, who also sits this one out through suspension.

Mauro Icardi, the Nerazzurri's leading goalscorer this season with 16 goals, continues to spearhead the attack after opening the scoring last weekend.

Meanwhile, Filippo Inzaghi makes three changes to his first XI from the 1-1 draw with Sampdoria last time out.

Ex-Liverpool starlet Suso wins a starting berth after impressing off the bench last weekend, while Andrea Poli and Alex also come in as ninth-placed Milan look to move four points clear of their rivals in 10th.
