Sunday's Serie A predictions including Sampdoria vs. Inter Milan

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's Serie A fixtures, including Sampdoria vs. Inter Milan.

Champions Inter Milan take on one of their favourite opponents as Serie A resumes this weekend; making the journey to Marassi, where they meet Sampdoria on Sunday afternoon.

Having started with maximum points from their opening two games, Inter visit a side they have beaten in seven of their last eight encounters, while the hosts are still without a first win of the season.

We say: Sampdoria 1-2 Inter Milan

Inter are set to reverse the scoreline they experienced at Marassi last time they took on Sampdoria away, as they can breach their hosts' defence at least twice, having already established some excellent attacking rhythm.

While Samp can get off the mark in terms of goals, they will have to wait until at least next week's visit to Empoli for a first victory of their league campaign.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Spezia vs. Udinese (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Udinese will look to build on a promising start to the season when they travel to Spezia Calcio on Sunday.

I Bianconeri have taken four points from their opening two Serie A games and sit sixth in the table, while their hosts are 15th with one point.

We say: Spezia 1-2 Udinese

Udinese will be the more confident of the two sides going into this game, and we expect them to pick up three points, but Spezia's signing of Manaj may give them a much-needed lift. Aquilotti have become known to defy the odds, so a home win is not impossible here.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Cagliari vs. Genoa (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Cagliari and Genoa will both go in search of their first league wins of the season when they meet in Serie A on Sunday.

The hosts have taken one point from their opening two games and sit 14th, while the visitors are yet to get off the mark and are 19th.

We say: Cagliari 1-2 Genoa

Both sides should be reinvigorated by a flurry of new faces in the last few days of the transfer window, meaning a tight game is in store. Genoa were unlucky to lose to Napoli last time out and we think the visitors will get their first points on the board in Sardinia.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or draw.

Torino vs. Salernitana (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Two teams still searching for their first Serie A point of the season meet on Sunday afternoon, as Torino host newly promoted Salernitana.

Neither side was able to get off the mark before the international break but will be doubly eager to do so against a potential relegation rival - with the visitors now turning to a famous face to aid their cause.

We say: Torino 2-1 Salernitana

This battle of the Granata should go the way of the home side on Sunday, as they can make use of their greater top-flight experience to secure a first Serie A success of 2021-22.

Salernitana may have improved their forward options during the past few weeks, but their defensive setup remains vulnerable - and Torino have several players well placed to exploit it.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

AC Milan vs. Lazio (Sunday, 5.00pm)

Something must give on Sunday evening, as two sides with perfect Serie A records meet at San Siro, with AC Milan hosting their capital counterparts Lazio.

An Olivier Giroud-inspired Milan coasted to victory at Cagliari last time out, while Maurizio Sarri's visitors have been among the goals and sit top of the early-season standings.

We say: AC Milan 3-2 Lazio

There is little to suggest that the flow of goals these sides have produced will slow this weekend, as even more attacking talent is available to both bosses after further recruitment and the return of injured players.

Only Milan's superb record on home soil over the past couple of years could give them the edge, as their full-backs make the most of space vacated by Lazio's progressive approach.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Roma vs. Sassuolo (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Following four straight wins at home and abroad, Roma welcome Sassuolo to Stadio Olimpico on Sunday evening, as Serie A returns after the international break.

The Jose Mourinho era has begun with a bang for the Giallorossi, while their visitors have picked up four points from their first two league games as they seek to mount another challenge for the European places.

We say: Roma 2-1 Sassuolo

Home advantage and the return of some important squad members should ensure that Roma secure another three points this weekend, as their early-season success continues into a new month.

Sassuolo can undoubtedly pose a significant attacking threat on their day, but the probing of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Nicolo Zaniolo will help the hosts slice through their defensive line on several occasions, causing them to come up just short in the end.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.
