Inter Milan have secured an important three points with a 2-0 win at home to Fiorentina.

Claudio Ranieri's side went ahead on 41 minutes when Giampaolo Pazzini snuck in between the defence to poke past Artur Boruc in the away goal.

More poor defending allowed the Nerazzuri to double their lead on 50 minutes after Manuel Pasqual and Valon Behrami's failure to clear let in Yuto Nagatomo to score.

The win has lifted Inter above Fiorentina into ninth in the Serie A table.
